Blend 3–5 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil, then add to warm bath water. Let the calming floral and resinous aromas envelop you, bringing relaxation and tranquility to your body and mind.
Body Application
Dilute in your preferred carrier oil and apply to pulse points, over the heart, or along the back of the neck. Ideal for promoting relaxation before bed or to unwind during stressful moments.

Combine 10–15 drops with 30 mL of distilled water and a splash of witch hazel in a spray bottle. Shake well and mist over your bedding, room, or relaxation space for a deeply calming atmosphere.
